Yesteryears & Yesterdays

Yesteryears, Daddy has a funny way of saying ‘hello’ and he does this every time he burst into our main door and his funny smile. But yesterday, Daddy won’t even say a word when he comes home nor would he smile when he sees me. He even came home drunk and got his car scratch.

Yesteryears, Mummy’s chicken curry is my to-die-for-food that I request everyday. And when we eat, Mummy would always remind us to eat our vegetables. But now, Mummy won’t even cook rice nor would eat with us or with me.

Yesteryears, I love to stay at home with my parents. But now, I can’t wait to move out.
